Services:-
We offer professional cleaning services for household items such as sofas, carpets, chairs, mattresses, tables, and cushions. We use industry-standard techniques and chemicals to clean your items. Our services include vacuuming, spot cleaning, deep cleaning, and sanitizing of your household items. We reserve the right to refuse service to any item that we deem inappropriate or unsafe for the cleaning process.
Liability:-
We take reasonable care of your household items while they are in our possession. We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or shrinkage of your items that may occur during the cleaning process. In the unlikely event that damage occurs, we will notify you immediately and do our best to rectify the situation.
Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment must be made in full before the items are returned to the customer. If payment is not made within 30 days of the service date, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
Turnaround Time:
Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days. If a longer time is required due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible. If you require expedited service, we offer rush service for an additional fee.
Stains and Special Instructions:
Please notify us of any stains or special instructions when scheduling the cleaning service. We will do our best to remove the stains and follow any special instructions, but we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains. We will inform you if we encounter any challenges in the cleaning process and suggest alternative solutions.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Disclaimer:
We make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to our cleaning services. We do not guarantee that all stains will be removed or that your items will not be damaged or shrink during the cleaning process. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning services.
Pricing:-
a. Home Care Dry Cleaners pricing is based on the type and size of the Items to be cleaned.
b. Home Care Dry Cleaners will provide you with an estimate of the cost of service before the cleaning process begins.
c. Additional charges may apply if there are any special requirements or extra services requested by you.
